All yarns, threads, needles, hooks, accessories and items related to knitting, crochet, sewing, etc. are Non-Refundable, Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. You should refuse to accept the shipment if the packaging is damaged or tampered with before delivery. We have a range of shipping options available to suit you. Shipping methods include: Standard Shipping: Typically takes 7-10 business days to arrive.
Express Shipping: Usually takes 4-5 business days for quicker delivery.(5-7 days in case of North East, J&K, HP, Leh Ladakh, Port Blair)
Processing Time: Orders usually take 24 hours to process and dispatch after you've placed them. During the holiday season, processing your order might experience minimal delays.
