Shipping Methods
We have a range of shipping options available to suit you. Shipping methods include: Standard Shipping: Typically takes 7-10 business days to arrive.
Express Shipping: Usually takes 4-5 business days for quicker delivery.(5-7 days in case of North East, J&K, HP, Leh Ladakh, Port Blair)
Processing Time: Orders usually take 24 hours to process and dispatch after you've placed them. During the holiday season, processing your order might experience minimal delays.
You will be sent an email confirmation when your order ships, with a tracking number so you can track your delivery status.
Shipping Costs: Standard Shipping: We will charge a flat rate of Rs 100/- for all orders that are less than Rs 1500/-. Orders that exceed this amount get free shipping.
Express Shipping: All express shipping orders incur a flat rate of Rs 300/-.
Delivery Locations: We ship to the following locations currently: All regions in India. If your location is not listed, please contact us to assist you.
Order Tracking
After we ship your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can utilize the tracking number to trace your shipment on our site or on the carrier's tracking system.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the unlikely case of a lost or damaged order during shipping, kindly contact our customer support team within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will assist the carrier in resolving the matter as soon as possible.
