All yarns, threads, needles, hooks, accessories and items related to knitting, crochet, sewing, etc. are Non-Refundable, Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. You should refuse to accept the shipment if the packaging is damaged or tampered with before delivery. Please return the package to the delivery person and Email the images of the shipment to us at tajknitworld@gmail.com.

Each Smartstix double pointed needle is laser marked at 2cm interval so you can measure as you work. Knitting needle and ruler in one!
Each needle is made from high quality & lightweight aluminium that is easy on the hands. Perfect points, flawlessly tapered which are ideal for all yarns and every project.
We have a range of shipping options available to suit you. Shipping methods include: Standard Shipping: Typically takes 7-10 business days to arrive.
Express Shipping: Usually takes 4-5 business days for quicker delivery.(5-7 days in case of North East, J&K, HP, Leh Ladakh, Port Blair)
Processing Time: Orders usually take 24 hours to process and dispatch after you've placed them. During the holiday season, processing your order might experience minimal delays.
You will be sent an email confirmation when your order ships, with a tracking number so you can track your delivery status.
Shipping Costs: Standard Shipping: We will charge a flat rate of Rs 100/- for all orders that are less than Rs 1500/-. Orders that exceed this amount get free shipping.
Express Shipping: All express shipping orders incur a flat rate of Rs 300/-.
