All yarns, threads, needles, hooks, accessories and items related to knitting, crochet, sewing, etc. are Non-Refundable, Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. You should refuse to accept the shipment if the packaging is damaged or tampered with before delivery.   • Hand Wash Recommended: Use cold or lukewarm water with a mild, baby-safe detergent.
  • Gentle Machine Wash (Optional): Use delicate cycle in a laundry bag for added protection.
  • Do Not Bleach: Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve color and fiber softness.
  • Dry Flat: Gently press out excess water and lay flat to dry. Do not wring or twist.
  • Avoid Tumble Drying: Air drying is best to maintain softness and shape.
  • Cool Iron Only if Needed: Use a low-heat setting and a cloth between the iron and fabric.
  • Store in a Dry, Cool Place: Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.
