You should refuse to accept the shipment if the packaging is damaged or tampered with before delivery.   • Avoid Tumble Drying: Air drying is best to maintain the shape and sheen.
  • Do Not Iron: High heat can melt or damage the yarn’s texture.
  • Store Properly: Keep in a dry, cool place away from sunlight to prevent fading and fiber breakdown.
