All yarns, threads, needles, hooks, accessories and items related to knitting, crochet, sewing, etc. are Non-Refundable, Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. You should refuse to accept the shipment if the packaging is damaged or tampered with before delivery.
